To keep things straightforward, we've compiled a list of potential fees you may come across as a current or future resident. This allows you to easily understand your upfront and ongoing costs. To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, simply add your base rent to the Essentials and any Personalized Add-Ons you choose. Our aim is to make budgeting effortless, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.
Trash Fee: $20.00
Washer/ Dryer Rental Fee : $35.00
Package locker rental Fee : $5.00
Application Fee: $75.00 Charged per applicant over age of 18
Administrative Fee : $150.00 One time fee to save unit and lock in rent. Refundable if application is denied
Month to Month: $250.00
Transfer Fee: $250.00 - $500.00 Transfer to new unit in middle of lease at $500 or at the end of lease at $250
Late Fee: $125.00 Charged on the 4th of every month if rent isn't received
Monthly Deposit Insurance: $15.00 - $30.00 Monthly fee of $15-30 based on credit in place of upfront deposit
Pet Rent: $20.00 Per pet charged monthly
Pet Fee: $300.00 Nonrefundable fee charged at move in per pet

Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. $300 for each additional animal. Monthly rent $20 per pet.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Nova 1400 has open parking for it's residents on a 'first come, first serve' basis. One vehicle per licensed resident is permitted and each apartment will receive ZRS car decals and 2 visitor passes for guests. Please review further parking rules with your leasing agent.
